FUNDRAISING EVENTS

WE'RE ROWING FOR 11 HRS AT THE WESTFIELD LONDON SHOPPING CENTRE - 24TH NOVEMBER 2010

On Wednesday 24th November 2010 we are rowing in the Westfield London Shopping Centre. We will be there (outside Oakley) during the day (10am to 9pm) rowing solidly to our 2 hrs on 2 hrs off rotation. We are trying to raise the profile of our record attempt and also awareness for our charities. If you fancy supporting us whilst doing some Chrimbo shopping it would be great to see you!

THE INDIAN OCEAN CHARITY BALL

Many thanks to everyone who attended the Indian Ocean Charity Ball. It was a great success and we hope that everyone enjoyed themselves. We raised nearly £50,000 which is amazing. We still cant believe that there were nearly 900 of us!

WE ROWED AT HENLEY REGATTA 2010!

Henley Regatta was first held in 1839 and has been held annually ever since, except during the two World Wars. Originally staged by the Mayor and people of Henley as a public attraction with a fair and other amusements, the emphasis rapidly changed so that competitive amateur rowing became its main purpose. http://hrr.co.uk/pdisp.php?pid=1
